Unrestricted bore and compatible for all flushing techniques. Once the kits are dimensionally set, they are reusable and takes very little time to swap out with the motorised valve prior to final system filling / water treatment.

Installation instructions for Faster Flushing tubes
1 – Loosely assemble the components as illustrated.
2 – Refer to the dimensions provided in the table.
3 – Ensure the hose clamps are sitting uniform to the edge of hose and away from the rounded ends.
4 – Ensure the spanner flats located beneath the male threads are visible.
5 – Ensure hose clips are held firmly in position to prevent movement and tighten screw using a PZ2 screwdriver only and NOT a flat blade style to prevent damages or injury. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN screw as there is no need for an excessive amount of torque for a water tight joint.
6 – Connect the FasterFlush tube to each clever coupler fitting, ensuring to use the fibre washers supplied.
7 – Using a thin jaw adjustable spanner on the FasterFlush adaptors and a spanner on the valve nut, firmly tighten each end. PLEASE ENSURE THE HOSE DOES NOT TWIST AND DO NOT USE PUMP PLIERS ON HOSE CLIP WHEN TIGHTENING!

8 – Remove the FasterFlush tube and replace with the 2 port or 3 port valve respectively, prior to final system filling.
NOTE: PLEASE DISPOSE OF THE FIBRE WASHERS SUPPLIED WITH EACH FLUSHING KIT AFTER USE AND ENSURE TO USE THE FIBRE WASHERS SUPPLIED WITHIN EACH CLEVER COUPLER KIT.
SPARE FIBRE WASHERS ARE AVAILABLE AS PACKS OF 20 – CODES: CCSFW22 (22mm) and CCSFW28 (28mm).
